1. Order Processing & Production

  • All products at D&B Apparel are made-to-order. Once you place your order, it will be processed and printed by our trusted production partners.
  • Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships. Customization requests (where applicable) will also be handled during this period.
  • Products will be shipped only after they are printed, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

  • USA: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after production.
  • Canada: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after production.
  • Australia and New Zealand: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days after production.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors like customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen shipping delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Be sure to check for any discounts or promotions during checkout!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

5. International Shipping (Canada, Australia, New Zealand)

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the damage or defect, and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. We will send you the correct item at no additional charge.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the production process will likely have begun, and we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.
